On April 25th, 2009, General Kopelipa, Chairman of Angola National Reconstruction Commission and Director of Presidential Office for Military Affairs, visited the construction site of the first phase of the social housing project K.K. by CITIC International Contracting. He was satisfied with the progress.

General Kopelipa visited the office area, Field No.6 and other construction areas. Management of CITIC International Contracting briefed him on the progress of the project, and expressed their resolve and confidence in delivering the first four fields by 2009.

General Kopelipa recently paid a visit to six large projects of the National Reconstruction Commission in Luanda. By comparing them with K.K. project, he gave full affirmation to CITIC’s dedication of personnel, finance and materials to the project. He believed the first phase had established an orderly and efficient implementation model, which ensured the progress of the project. The General also hoped other projects in Angola could visit the construction site of K.K. project and draw upon the experience.
